Soilmaster
The Landoll Soilmaster is a one trip
conservation tillage tool that is used right after the fall
harvest. The 1200 is designed to aerate the soil and incorporate
up to 75% of crop residue within the top two inches of the soil
for faster decomposition. At the same time, ridges are formed that
minimize wind and water erosion. Opposing helical blades are
engineered to position the soil into ridges. These ridges also
speed up residue decay because greater surface area is exposed to
the warming rays of the sun. As a result, soil environment is
improved and microbial activity is increased. This mellows the
soil for a seedbed-like texture, which makes for easier seedbed
preparation in the spring.
First introduced in 1976, the Landoll
Soilmaster was one of the first coulter chisels on the market.
Even today, the Soilmaster remains on of Landoll Corporation's
most popular lines of tillage tools

InRow Ripper
The Model 1550 In-Row Ripper is
designed as a deep-till conservation tillage tool. It is primarily
engineered for minimal disturbance of the topsoil leaving the
residue virtually undisturbed while penetrating the soil 5" to 20"
deep. This slotting of the compaction zone results in a passageway
that greatly enhances water storage capacity and root growth.
The 1550 is extremely versatile in
both function and season adaptability. The 1550 In-Row Ripper's
unique toolbar design gives it the ability to rip on the row or
off the row. Landoll bolts the frame together by using the shank
and coulter clamp as the frame bracing allowing for infinite
adjustment; there are no welded braces to hinder shank spacing.
This combined with the 1550's interchangeable points (crowned
ductile or chrome dorsal fin point or flat spike) makes the 1550
ideal for both spring and fall tillage operations.

Weatherproofer
The Model 2210 Weatherproofer is a
primary tillage tool designed to disc and deep-till in one pass,
eliminating the need to disc or chop stalks first. With double
offset tandem disc gangs and heavy duty 37" parabolic shanks, the
Weatherproofer uniformly mixes residue while slotting through the
compaction zone for greatly enhanced soil water storage capacity
and root growth. The 2210 is engineered for deeper tillage without
the need for prohibitive horsepower requirements.
The combination of the uniquely
designed parabolic shanks and double offset tandem disc gangs
makes the Weatherproofer possibly the most effective tool on the
market for total soil, water, and residue management.
The strength and the design of the 37"
parabolic shank accomplishes two things: 1) It creates a slot
through the compaction zone whereby some of the compacted layers
remain in tact, allowing water to store below the layers and roots
to thrive by seeking the stored moisture through the slots during
dry stress periods. 2) Due to the unique parabolic design of the
shank, horsepower requirements are less than most competitive
disc/deep-till models which use straighter shanks.
The Weatherproofer is offered in a
broad spectrum of sizes including two frame sizes, two different
shank spacings, and a number of shanks ranging from 3 to 9 shanks.
No competitor offers this versatility of sizes meet farmers
horsepower requirements.

DCD Model
The Model 2220-DCD (Disc-Chisel-Disc)
is the answer to the farmer who wants the benefit of the
Disc-Rip-Disc but does not want to deep-till. The 2220-DCD has 32”
Spring clamp shank assemblies set on 15” centers which allows you
to mix and cover more residue than you can with deep-till shanks
set on 30” centers. Maximum depth of the shank is 12 to 14”
depending on disc gang depth. Shanks can be fitted with different
ground engaging tools, standard is the 2” chisel spike also
available are 3” and 4” twisted shovels for additional mixing of
residue and 16’ and 18” sweeps.
Disc gang angle is as simple as
pulling a pin and setting the angle at 10, 15 or 20 degrees while
the disc gang depth is hydraulically controlled from the tractor
cab. Disc scrapers are standard on front and rear gangs.
There are two different series of
2220-DCD, the Series 2225 which has single axles is available in
7,9 and 11 shank sizes while the Series 2227 which has walking
tandem axles is available in 9,11,13 and 15 shank sizes.
Horsepower requirements range from 15 to 25 HP per shank.
Horsepower requirements may vary due to depth and soil types.

WeatherProofer II
The Model 2325 Weatherproofer II is a
primary tillage tool designed to disc and deep-till in one pass,
eliminating the need to disc or chop stalks first. With a set of
tandem disc gangs up front, followed by heavy duty 37" parabolic
shanks, and another set of disc gangs in the rear. The
Weatherproofer II uniformly mixes residue while slotting through
the compaction zone for greatly enhanced soil water storage
capacity and root growth. The rear disc gangs leave the ground
level. The 2325 is engineered for deeper tillage without the need
for prohibitive horsepower requirements.
The Model 2325 is designed to
compliment the 2210 Weatherproofer and offer farmers an
alternative combination disc/deep-till tool that will leave the
field level.
The strength and design of the 37"
parabolic shank accomplishes two things: 1) It creates a slot
through the compaction zone whereby some of the compacted layers
remain in tact, allowing water to store below the layers and roots
to thrive by seeking the stored moisture through the slots during
dry stress periods. 2) Due to the unique parabolic design of the
shank, horsepower requirements are less than most competitive
disc/deep-till models which use straight shanks.
The Weatherproofer II is offered in a
broad spectrum of sizes including two frame sizes, two different
shank spacings, and a number of shanks ranging from three to nine
shanks. No competitor offers this versatility of sizes to meet the
farmers horsepower requirements.

Chisel Plow
The 200 Series Chisel Plows are
designed to rip and shatter plow pan which opens up the soil deep
down to catch and hold moisture, and control runoff. The surface
of the field is left rough and blended thoroughly with crop
residue to protect the precious topsoil. Crop residues improve
soil structures, maintain organic matter, and allow for good
working conditions for soil bacteria.
Landoll Corporation has been building
chisel plows since 1968. The Chisel Plow was one of the first
products built by Landoll.

Finisholl
The model 850 Finisholl is designed as
a combination secondary tillage tool, meaning that in some cases
it will require more than one trip across the field depending on
the job the farmer wants. The 850 is used for chemical
incorporation and seedbed preparation. The 850 will percolate the
soil, eliminate air pockets, place weeds on the surface to die and
leave a high percentage of residue on top to conform to today.s
conservation laws. The Finisholl will save labor, time, and fuel
due to fewer trips across the field. This will result in less soil
compaction, and most importantly, save the farmer money.
The 850 Finisholl was designed from
the bottom up. It was meant to compliment the 875 Tilloll and give
farmers an alternative finishing tool that offered greater
flexibility in tailoring optional equipment and cost less.
Price-wise, the 850 is less than the 875, making it extremely
competitive in the finisher market.
The shank spacing on the 850 is a true
8", there are no clumps of shanks for residue to plug. This,
combined with shank placement close behind the disc gangs and
generally longer frame length, gives the Finisholl possibly the
best trash flow of any finisher on the market. With edge bent
shanks, and a 25.5. shank clearance, competitors would be hard
pressed to claim they have better residue and trash flow than the
850 Finisholl.
The 850 can double as a field
cultivator as the disc gangs can be raised and lowered, either
mechanically or hydraulically, from 2" below the sweep to 8" above
the sweep. This range of disc gang adjustment is superior to any
on the market.

Tilloll
The Models 875 and 876 Tillolls are
true one trip seedbed preparation tools designed to be so from the
start, not as an afterthought with parts added to a field
cultivator. The 875 is designed with: 1) aggressive disc gangs set
at 10 degree angles 2) spray shields to knock down soil from the
disc gangs and allow a smooth surface for chemical application
behind the spray shield 3) spring cushion c-shanks with 10" sweeps
4) incorporation reel to mix the soil, placing the finer soil
particles in the seedbed zone while incorporating chemicals, clods
and residue are left on the surface to prevent wind and soil
erosion 5) a heavy duty three bar spike tooth harrow with
individual spring loaded harrow arms to go through the heaviest
residue without plugging.
Superior engineering and the fact that
no other competitor models come with the same standard features as
the Tilloll, make it the .Cadillac. of the finisher market.
Specifically, the incorporation reel (the heart of the machine)
and spray shield are two features not offered on most competitor
finishers.
The Tilloll, with 3-bar spike tooth
harrow with independent flex harrow arms and adjustable tooth
angles, is unique to any spike tooth harrow on the market.
The 875 is the only finisher to throw
soil out with disc blades. The blades are set at an outward 10
degree angle with a straight coulter blade at the end of the disc
gang to eliminate ridging. The reel is set at an inward 10 degree
angle to catch all soil thrown out by the disc gangs.

Row Crop Cultivator
The 2000 Row Crop Cultivator is
designed as a multi-purpose high speed, high residue cultivator
and is used almost exclusively in the spring. With optional
ridgers, it can be used as a ridge-till cultivator. The Model 2000
is also ideal for minimum-till or no-till conditions. It.s primary
purpose is to eliminate weeds, however, a secondary but highly
important function is to aerate the soil to stimulate crop growth.
A major attraction of the Landoll 2000
Row Crop Cultivator is closely coupled frame which brings the
center of gravity closer to the tractor. The Model 2000 is a
favorite among farmers with smaller tractors that have problems
lifting other machines. This feature gives the 2000 the advantage
over virtually all other competitors.
Another distinctive advantage the
Model 2000 has it.s patented weeding disc adjustment. Adjustments
are made only with detent pins and holes for positive depth width,
and four fixed-angle pitch settings for aggressiveness.
Competitors use clamps which may come loose or slip and requires
exact measuring for a proper setting. Adjusting the Model 2000.s
weeding discs (or disc hillers) allows for greater precision and
significantly less adjustment time.
The 2000 features wide parallel
linkage with greaseable pivots that stretches the length of the
gang mount, minimizing gang twisting.

Field Cultivator
The 9800 Field Cultivator is designed
as a finishing tool for seedbed preparation, weed control, and
chemical incorporation. This aerates and conserves the precious
topsoil, while balancing chemicals and fertilizers. Generally the
soil has been worked by a disc harrow prior to the use of a field
cultivator. The 9800 will work from 2"to 6" deep to prepare a
seedbed in one to two passes.

Tandem Disc
Landoll’s 6230 Tandem Disc will handle
today’s high yielding, tough Bt corn stalks, wheat stubble, or
other types of heavy residue, and will do an excellent job of
finish discing. Clad in an all-new color powder coat paint, and
equipped with the most up-to-date features in the industry.

To The Max
Improve germination in dry or wet springs. In
dry springs, the To The Max conserves soil moisture by working
only the soil's surface. It won't disturb the planting zone and
accelerate evaporation. In wet springs, you can get into the field
sooner because the To The Max works the top 1 1/2" of soil rather
than digging into four wet inches. The harrow cracks the surface
crust and lifts and redistributes surface residue, so it dries
faster and the soil warms quicker.
Improve planter performance with better seedbed
preparation. The To The Max 7130 harrow
isn't intimidated by heavy residue or wet field conditions. You
can get in the field sooner, size and condition residue, and leave
the field in picture-perfect planting condition. The result: you
can be ready to plant days earlier than with traditional,
horizontal tillage tools.
